Thomas-Kilman Conflict Inventory®

CPP, Inc., the publisher of this assessment, describes the TKI this way: “The Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI) is the world’s best-selling tool for helping people understand how different conflict-handling styles affect interpersonal and group dynamics—and for empowering them to choose the appropriate style for any situation.

The TKI assesses an individual’s typical behavior in conflict situations and describes it along two dimensions: assertiveness and cooperativeness. It provides detailed information about how that individual can effectively use five different conflict-handling modes, or styles.”

Emotional Quotient Inventory®

The EQ-i 2.0® measures emotional intelligence. Emotional Intelligence is defined by MHS, the publisher of this assessment, as “a set of emotional and social skills that influence the way we perceive and express ourselves, develop and maintain social relationships, cope with challenges, and use emotional information in an effective and meaningful way.” Research shows that emotional intelligence reflects one’s overall well-being and ability to succeed in school, a career, and life in general. In fact, research has shown that emotional intelligence correlates higher with career success than does raw intelligence, or IQ.

Big 5 4.0 Workplace®

The Center for Applied Cognitive Studies states that ‘The assessment will reveal an individual’s 5 personality supertraits and 23 subtraits that simply and clearly explain work-related behaviors found in day-to-day encounters with co-workers, employees, managers and colleagues.’ This instrument is one of the most valid and reliable workplace assessments on the market.
